Curbside Cuts & Shave operates out of a custom-outfitted Mercedes Sprinter van — a professional mobile suite with a barber chair, lighting, mirrors, hot water, and all the same tools and products you'd find in a traditional barbershop. Rory drives to your home, office, or preferred location in Bakersfield and you step inside the suite for the full barbershop experience.

Curbside Cuts & Shave serves the Greater Bakersfield, California area. The service area extends from 7th Standard Road to Panama Lane (north to south) and from Mt. Vernon Avenue to Nord Road (east to west). This covers most of metropolitan Bakersfield including downtown, the Northwest, Southwest, and central neighborhoods.

Just a parking spot! Everything happens inside the fully equipped Mercedes Sprinter mobile suite — barber chair, lighting, mirrors, hot water, and all professional tools are built in. Just make sure there's space for the van in your driveway, parking lot, or street. You don't need to prepare anything at your home or office — step inside the suite and you're good to go.

A Precision Haircut takes approximately 45-60 minutes from setup to cleanup. The Works (haircut + hot towel shave + scalp treatment) takes approximately 75-90 minutes. This includes time for consultation, the service itself, styling, and cleanup.

As a mobile barbershop, we operate by appointment only. This ensures Rory can plan his route efficiently and give each client dedicated, unrushed time. Booking online through our website is the best way to secure your preferred time slot.

A single Precision Haircut session is $80, which includes a haircut with straight razor finish, aftershave and styling, Crown Calibration scalp treatment, and hot towel scalp massage. The Works is $125 per session and adds a hot towel beard shave, clay mask facial, and more. Membership plans start at $150/month (Director, 2 visits), $300/month (Executive, 4 visits), and $600/month (Elite, 4 visits with 7-day availability).

The Precision Haircut ($80) includes a haircut with straight razor finish around the hairline, aftershave and hair product styled to your liking, Crown Calibration scalp treatment, and hot towel scalp massage. No beard services are included. The Works ($125) includes all Precision Haircut services plus a hot towel beard straight razor shave/shape up with soothing aftershave balm, a clay mask facial, Crown Calibration scalp treatment, and hot towel scalp massage.

Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Elite members have access 7 days a week, including weekends.

We offer three tiers: Director ($150/month) — 2 Precision Haircuts with beard shape up (machine), Crown Calibration scalp treatment, a Crown Calibration personal bottle, and 10% product discount. Executive ($300/month) — 4 visits with beard shape up (machine), Crown Calibration scalp treatment, clay mask, and a monthly confidence bundle (1 Crown Calibration & 1 styling product). Elite ($600/month) — 4 visits with hot towel beard shave/shape up, monthly confidence bundle & Apex Topicals Blue Anagen Peptides, exclusive calendar access, and 7-day availability.

Yes! All Curbside Cuts membership plans are shareable with family members living in the same household. Your monthly visit credits can be used by any family member. This is a great value for families who want professional grooming for multiple people.

No, unused service visits do not accumulate or roll over to the next month. Each billing period provides a set number of visits that must be used within that cycle. We encourage members to set up recurring appointments to make sure they use all their visits each month.

You can manage your membership through the member dashboard's billing section. Changes and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to your remaining visits until the period ends.

For single session bookings, click the "Book Now" button on our website to schedule through our online calendar. Choose your preferred date and time, and Rory will confirm. For members, booking is handled through the member dashboard where you can set up recurring appointments and manage your schedule.

Yes. Members can reschedule appointments through their dashboard at any time before the appointment. For single session bookings, you can reschedule through the booking confirmation email. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice when possible.
